Dressing Ingredients:
/2 lime, juiced
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp sesame seedsIn a large bowl combine all of your salad ingredients and mix.
In a small bowl combine all of your dressing ingredients (except sesame seeds) and whisk together until smooth.
Toss dressing into salad. Sprinkle with lime juice and sesame seeds.
