用料  

Scotch Egg Set 1 pcs
Organic Egg 1 pcs
Liquid Whole Egg 500 ml
Flour 500 gram
Breadcrumbs 500 gram

Scotch Egg的做法  

  1. Boil the water, put in the eggs and cook for about 7 min. Transfer the eggs into the ice water or put them under the running water. Peel the eggs and put aside.

  2. Pour the flour, liquid whole egg and breadcrumbs into the big bowls.

  3. Remove the casing, make the sausage filling into a meat ball and then press to the size of the palm.

  4. Put the egg in the center and wrap it with the meat tightly

  5. Cover the meat ball with flour, liquid whole egg and breadcrumbs

  6. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Heat the oil to 180℃, put in the crumbed meat ball and deep fry to golden brown. Transfer to the oven and cook for about 12 min. Rest for 2 min. Cut in half and serve hot.
