Low Carb Hot Cross Buns的做法
2/3 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup psyllium husks
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp granulated sweetener of choice or more, to your taste
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mixed spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
4 eggs - medium
1 cup boiling water
raisins/chocolate chips/ cacao nibs optionalMix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add the eggs and mix.
Add the boiling water and mix until evenly combined.
Roll into 8 equal balls and place on a baking tray.
Bake in a fan assisted oven at 180C/350F for 20-30 minutes until golden on the outside and cooked in the centre.
