Fusion Chickpea curry的做法
Heat up oil, add Cumin and mustard seeds, let it pop like 1 minute
add onion, cook onion till it's soft and bit brown, and salt.. all spices/powder(besides Garam masala) to cook like one minutes.
add tomatoes to cook, stir cook after tomatoes are breaking down, add water, let it simmer for a while.
almost ready. Turn down the heat, add coconut milk.
Everything is cooked, fire off, add silantro
