It is the second time I cook this cuisine.
it still a little bit over-cooked ( some are burnt) though it taste better than the first time.
And black rice is not the well-done
Guess more water is needed
Potato chicken carrot rice for myself tonight
用料
| Potato | Small one |
| Carrot | Half of it |
| Onion | Little one |
| chicken breast | some |
| Sea salt | some |
| Black pepper | Some |
| Curry | Some |
| Oil | Some |

Chop all materials into pieces

stir-fry the chicken breast ( add some black pepper and sea salt)

All water till all is dipped into the water and then add curry. Keep cooking for a few minutes try to stir it and keep the fire low or it may over-cooked as I did
